Shipping and Returns
Your orders are very dear to us. It’s incredibly important for us make sure that you get the things you ordered. That’s why we take this with the utmost seriousness.
We generally make sure to process your order within 2 days. If we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer, we’ll always let you know in advance. Our products are sent by airmail from Singapore (on wheels in Singapore), to selected countries.

If you’re unhappy with the quality or damaged due to the transit, then we’d be happy to take it off your hands or replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Shipments outside of Singapore may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We do not take responsibility for the possible fees.
